Guides the mscripts engineering team, pharmacy partner team and 3rd party vendors through requirements gathering, UAT build and validation, production deployment and support team handoff.
Works with the pharmacy operations and marketing teams to ensure a successful rollout and that patient adoption goals are met. The account manager will deliver information on quarterly results to demonstrate value and reveal new opportunities and initiatives to better serve the pharmacy and its patients.

Responsible for assisting with end-to-end configuration and testing between the pharmacy dispensing system and mscripts mobile and web products. Your point of contact, or liaison, will be involved in the technical day-to-day tasks related to creating test patients, configuring system settings and performing pharmacist and patient training.
Responsible for project management of customer tasks, understanding pharmacist and patient workflows and performing training as needed. The Pharmacy Operations team member will identify specific business requirements that pertain to mscripts’ products and work closely with the mscripts implementation team to ensure we’re able to deliver the products through to a successful Go-LIVE.
Available to address infrastructure requirements from mscripts throughout the project. Examples include domain name configurations, pharmacy dispensing system interface configurations, management of Pharmacist usernames and passwords, SSL Certificate management, etc.
Will direct mscripts to the technical implementation specialists that can help with delivering the Pharmacy Management System endpoints, certificates and assist with testing and configurations.
A technical resource at your IVR vendor who can help with integration requirements.
Responsible for providing end-user support to pharmacies and patients. Our support specialists work directly with our engineering teams to drive issue investigations and technical solutions to address bugs or performance-related issues.
A member of the pharmacy team that acts as the main point of contact for mscripts' requests (i.e. test users, deployment scheduling) and communicates requests to our support and account management team (i.e. new app banners, assets, escalated technical issues, enhancement requests).
