Liaison program

In order to ensure that we have efficient and streamlined communication with your organization, we ask you to provide us with a single primary point of contact and a backup contact person for your organization. For our enterprise clients, we also request that you provide us with a dedicated IT contact.

Liaison's responsibilities

The liaison is our point of contact with your organization. They’ll help us with:

  1. General communications, including support, reporting, downtimes, passwords, and escalation and enhancement requests.
  2. Implementation and upgrade planning and management.
