mscripts now supports payment and home delivery options through the mobile apps. Patients will have the ability to input credit card information and can choose home delivery instead of pickup when placing a refill request through the mobile app.
Patients can view all their current prescriptions from their prescriptions list and request home delivery on eligible prescriptions.
Patients will be able to select their delivery time preference and can modify their delivery address information.
Existing payment methods will be shown to the patient upon clicking "Edit" under Payment Info.
Patients can also add new credit card(s) as an alternate means of payment.
An email will be sent to the patients email address on file once the order has been confirmed.
To allow mscripts to obtain all the information it would need to configure the system correctly, please provide the details requested below to your Implementation Manager.
