Messaging
Your messaging system is set up to send various types of refill, pick up and error messages. The system allows patients to select the medium through which they receive messages, whether text, push or email. The following messages are the most commonly sent.
While it's possible to make some adjustments to these messages, we recommend keeping them as written, as they are the product of many years of testing and review. Your implementation manager can provide a complete list of the messages upon request.
